Garden City Jeep Chrysler Dodge

When I went into Garden City Chrysler Jeep Dodge located in Hempstead New York I was very impressed. I was greeted by a sales woman, Marcia Kimmel, who was very courteous. I told her that I was interested in the Dodge Durango and she was very informative. It was so nice to deal with a sales person who was informative and knew what they were talking about. I would definitely recommend Ms. Kimmel to my family and friends.

We went shopping for a new car, and brought in an ad from the newspaper that claimed some pretty incredible prices. We fully expected there to be some kind of scam or fine-print, but the deal was legit! They gave us the car we wanted for the outrageously low price that was advertised. We had to be pretty firm with the finance manager as he was trying to raise our rates and make our payments higher, but we finally left with a price that we were very happy with. Our sales rep was also very patient, and helpful. Will buy from Jermal again!

I just purchased a 2010 Chrysler Town&Country from this dealership and the experience was wonderful. When I first walked into the showroom I was greeted by very friendly staff, who allowed me to walk around and look at the cars on display at my own pace, without the sales reps being pushy or hovering around me. The sales rep who assisted me, Jermal, was polite, knowledgable about the cars, and receptive to my needs and concerns. When it was time to discuss price, Jermal was eager to work with me to keep the cost within my budget constraints. I was very comfortable during the entire process, and at no time did I feel pressured to sign anything, nor did I feel that Jermal was trying to add anything extraneous to the deal. When it came time to pick up my new minivan, the price I was quoted was the price that I paid. There were no hidden charges or fees and everything was thoroughly explained line by line. Before I drove off the lot, Jermal demonstrated all the new features of my car. I left the dealership feeling very comfortable with the decision to purchase this particular vehicle from this particular dealership. I would recommend this dealership to anyone, including family.

The sales person I was working with, a Marcia Kimmel was very helpful and considered my needs when I was looking at the vehicles available to me at the dealership. When discussing what my options there were based on pricing and size of the vehicle, I felt she went above and beyond the help me find a vehicle that I would be happy with for years to come. In the three years I have dealt with this Jeep dealership, I have had no problems with the servicing department.  The 8.99 oil changes that were promised to me- I never had to fight for them.  They work very quickly- I drop the car off and pick it up later in the day.  Any questions I have, I get them answered promptly.  My blinker bulb went out last week and they even showed me the bulb after fixing the problem.  Very satisfied.
